• Act as a site liaison between sales reps and managers at consumer sales sites and the Global Business Solutions (GBS) sales tools team in Round Rock
• Escalation contact of support issues impacting consumer sales sites
• Profile management granting access to new version of IDD during roll-out
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Assist deployment team with site readiness, business readiness, and application readiness
• Overall support of the sales applications
• Cross functional role working with I/T to stabilize rollout
• Key point of contact for sales leadership and sales reps during rollout
• Pilot lead for new functionality
• Testing during UAT, launch, and service packs to identify segment and role specific issues
• Provides assistance to peers and management on daily tasks, special projects, and recurring issues
• Facilitates getting orders out the door
• Provides project management for special projects
• Identifies operational problems
• Executes project plans and meets project deadlines

Qualificações

• Prior consumer or SMB-T sales experience required, preferably 1 year or more
• Prior I/T project work preferred
• Effective communication skills – ability to provide effective communication to sales reps, deployment team, sales leadership, and I/T
• Strong business acumen – ability to make decisions on behalf of the consumer sales organization
• Drive for results – deployments move at a fast pace so a strong work ethic is key
• Dealing with ambiguity – ability to make many quick decisions based on limited information
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Teamwork – Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
